*LET'S EAT CUPCAKES*

1. VANILLA CUPCAKE

(YIELDS 12 CUPCAKES)



INGREDIENTS


-REFINED WHEAT FLOUR (MAIDA)                                                1 1/4 CUP

-CASTOR SUGAR                                                                                   3/4 CUP

-BUTTER (SOFTENED)                                                                         5 TBSP

-CURD                                                                                                      5 TBSP

-MILK                                                                                                       8 TBSP 

-BAKING POWDER                                                                               1/2 TSP

-BAKING SODA                                                                                      1/2 TSP

-VANILLA ESSENCE                                                                             1/2 TSP


    SIEVE TOGETHER MAIDA , BAKING POWDER AND BAKING SODA. THRICE.
    IN A BOWL , BEAT BUTTER AND SUGAR TILL CREAMY.
    ADD VANILLA ESSENCE AND CURD.MIX.
    ADD FLOUR AND MILK ALTERNATELY. FOLD GENTLY.
    GREASE CUPCAKE MOULDS WITH BUTTER OR LINE THEM WITH PAPER-CUPS.
    POUR THE BATTER IN MOULDS AND BAKE IN A PREHEATED OVEN AT 180*C FOR 15 MINUTES.
NOTE: ALL INGREDIENTS SHOULD BE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE.

          COAT 1/4TH CUP TUTTI FRUTTI WITH MAIDA AND ADD TO THE PREPARED VANILLA             BATTER.

3. CHOCO-CHIP

         COAT  1/4TH CUP CHOCOCHIP WITH MAIDA AND ADD TO THE PREPARED VANILLA BATTER.

4. BUTTER SCOTCH

***
        
            COAT  1/4TH CUP BUTTERSCOTCH WITH MAIDA AND ADD TO THE PREPARED VANILLA BATTER.

5. PINEAPPLE

             COAT  1/4TH CUP PINEAPPLE (CHOPPED)WITH MAIDA AND ADD TO THE PREPARED VANILLA BATTER.

6. STRAWBERRY

         COAT  1/4TH CUP STRAWBERRY (CRUSHED) WITH MAIDA AND ADD TO THE PREPARED VANILLA BATTER.

            COAT  1/4TH CUP OVER RIPED BANANA (MASHED)WITH MAIDA AND ADD TO THE PREPARED VANILLA BATTER.

8. CHOCOLATE

          COAT  1/4TH CUP COCOA POWDER AND REDUCE MAIDA BY 1/4TH CUP.

INGREDIENTS




-REFINED WHEAT FLOUR  (MAIDA)                                                              1/2 CUP

-CASTOR SUGAR                                                                                               1/2 CUP 


-CURD                                                                                                                   1/4 CUP

-MILK                                                                                                                   1/4 CUP  

-BUTTER                                                                                                              1/4 CUP  

-COCOA POWDER                                                                                             1/4 CUP 

-BAKING POWDER                                                                                            1/ 4 TSP

-BAKING SODA                                                                                                   1/4 TSP

-COFFEE POWDER                                                                                           1   TSP

-WALNUTS (OPTIONAL)                                                                                   2 TBSP



  
       
          SIEVE TOGETHER MAIDA , COCOA POWDER , BAKING POWDER AND BAKING
          SODA.THRICE.

          DISSOLVE COFFEE POWDER IN WATER. KEEP ASIDE.
    IN A BOWL ADD MELTED BUTTER (BIT WARM) AND SUGAR TILL CREAMY.
    ADD CURD , MILK AND DILUTED COFFEE. MIX
    ADD FLOUR IN SMALL BATCHES. FOLD GENTLY.
         FOLD IN WALNUTS.

        GREASE CAKE TIN WITH BUTTER. 

        POUR THE BATTER IN THE TIN AND BAKE IN A PREHEATED OVEN AT 180* C FOR 20             MINUTES.

NOTE : ALL INGREDIENTS SHOULD BE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE.

PANCAKES 

MAKE PEOPLE HAPPY...

 CHOCOLATE PANCAKE

INGREDIENTS


-PLAIN FLOUR                                                                                      1 CUP

-COCOA POWDER                                                                               1 1/2 TBSP

-MELTED BUTTER                                                                               2 TBSP

-CASTOR SUGAR                                                                                  3 TSP

-SODA (BY CARB)                                                                                 1/2 TSP

-MILK                                                                                                      1 CUP

-BUTTER MILK                                                                                    3-5 TBSP

-VANILLA ESSENCE                                                                            1 TSP 

-BAKING POWDER                                                                              1 1/2 TSP    

- PINCH OF SALT


    SIEVE TOGETHER THE DRY INGREDIENTS - PLAIN FLOUR , COCOA POWDER , CASTOR SUGAR , BAKING POWDER AND BAKING SODA .

    ADD ALL THE WET INGREDIENTS - VANILLA ESSENCE , MELTED BUTTER , BUTTER MILK , MILK AND SALT AND WHISK IT ALL TOGETHER TO MAKE THE BATTER.

    HEAT SOME BUTTER ON HOT PAN AND SPREAD THE PANCAKE BATTER AND COOK IT WELL ON BOTH THE SIDES.
